Service Direct is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, technical Product Manager with a proven track record of taking projects from planning to completion.

This position represents a unique opportunity to accelerate our continued growth, to shape our product management strategies, and significantly impact the direction of the company. Digital Marketing Analyst

As our new Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our core service offering. You will spend time in Analytics, Ad Platforms, and our internal software - learning what works best and how to implement the best practices across all of our offerings and to all of our clients.

Ideally, you have had some experience with Adwords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and web software in general. You are enthusiastic about improving performance because you understand that better ads and better content result in better customer experiences.

Business Development Representative

We are seeking to expand our Sales Team with the addition of an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative with 1-5 years of business development experience. As our new Business Development Representative you will be asked to penetrate leads through outbound calling to schedule demo appointments for our Senior Account Executives.

In this position you will be the first person to talk to many of our future clients. You will drive new business to the front of the sales funnel. You will educate our potential customers about the power of Service Direct and why our product is right for them.
